when you like someone and you find them attractive yet you decide too remain friends for whatever reason. Their nothing wrong wtih express your feelings too your friends if you like them or a person who seen at work, school, etc. Be prepared that if a individual is not interesting in you or just want too be your friend you have too accept that. you cannot make no one get into a relationships at all or love you. Chase someone is not good. If the individual want too be with you then they will put effort in it.
