Sometimes we over think things in relationships, with this being said there is no real way to recognize the sincerity of a relationship unless you come straight out and ask those hard questions! I dont think anyone stays in a relationship because they feel sorry for the other person? I'm sure you are loved as well as committed too! Trust your gut, when in doubt just ask not nag!
