Inner, because looks dont even matter. ugly and pretty are steroe-types.. they are just 2 words used to either make people feel good or bad.. You always hear girls saying " oh I wish I was pretty like she was", buit when really if you took off the face and everybody looked the same.. we would all basically be the exact same because on the inside we are the same, and that is all that matters. Not how pretty or ugly you are.There is not such thing as pretty or ugly.
