Being transparent is key to earn respect & confidence. When people are given authority over others, there is a temptation or the tendency to abuse their power over others. Lack of transparency arrogance & rudes makes one to loose confidence of others &cant commad respect.One with transparency earn loyalty & respect.Therefore every one must inculcate value of transparency.
