There's this girl I hate.I can't stand her. The sight of her makes me wanna hurt myself. She's obnoxious, ugly, lonely, miserable, angry, bitter , and spiteful....
Self confidence might you have it, dont always looking like pity at your self, you have your own choice to be happy not to deal always with peoples concern. you change it by trusting your self that you, avoid negative things that will make you bothered
I feel like this a lot. I will tell myself I'm not good enough and try not to think of what I look like, What I've said. I'm depressed a lot but I've learned if you keep your mind off yourself and think of other things it's not as bad.
I can relate to that easily. But shower yourself in compliments rather. Tell yourself the truth: You are beautiful, smart, loving, amazing, you have an awesome personality. For every insult you give yourself, you owe yourself three compliments.
sigh please, enough with the depressing stuff.
It's not making you feel good about yourself is it? no.
you are beautiful even if you are gay, disabled, broke or a sinner.
don't let your thoughts treat you like a slave because you are seeing the wrong side of yourself.
why?
your body,and soul, is a temple. treat it with respect :)
