I would go the fridge, take my favourite food and drink, then go to the sitting room and sit down watching my best tv channel...while at the same time enjoying my food. Afterall if I wasn't ready for that moment I would never have the chance to be ready again...so?;-) I'll calmly wait for the best or worse because my fears won't save me, neither would it destroy me against my fate on that day :-D
