Bipolar is a disorder. You have mood swings like crazy if you don't take medication for it. I have Bipolar and I take medicine. Your moods will change a lot quicker than you think though. You can be pissed off to the max then crying the next. It's happened to me many times. Sometimes you can control it, sometimes you can't. I would go see a psychologist if I were you. They are the ones that can diagnose you for sure.
