NO not really , think of it this way if a girl's parents want her to marry this dude, and the girl has no feelings for him, its like she is forced , she has no choice. But in the otherhand if the girl liked a guy, regardless of what he has or is , than that is true love, because you are acually accepting the person, not being forced to accept them . So yeah those are my thoughts :)
