Being romantic and being a stalker are pretty much the same thing. The only difference is if it's considered romantic it's because the girl likes you. Think about it..if you give a girl flowers randomly, surprise her, know her schedule, really take the time to understand her and be there for her you're considered romantic..well if she likes you. If you do that and she doesn't like you..you're a stalker.
