Resilience is knowing how to cope in spite of setbacks, or barriers, or limited resources. Resilience is a measure of how much you want something and how much you are willing, and able, to overcome obstacles to get it. It has to do with your emotional strength. Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or significant sources of stress .It means bouncing back from difficult experiences.
