Resilience is the ability to bounce back in the wake of adversity, the ability to get up after being knocked down, the ability to overcome withering pressure, stress, or setbacks. For resilient people, optimism is a belief , it's a mandate for change for a better. It's the inclination to move forward when others are retreating.When there is some sort of set back ,resilience imparts ability to recover from depression & adversity of situation.With resilience, there may be positive outcome when one is exposed to risk & obstacle in endeavor.
