Trying to change another person is a very difficult task to accomplish and though it may be something that we desire, it should be something that we are willing to allow people to do on their own. It is hard enough to change our own lives, so trying to change someone else's life is something that we may never be able to do.

Instead of aiming to change another person's life we must be willing to instead encourage them to be a better version of them selves. We must be able to lead by example instead of by words, and show them why progression in their lives is necessary. We must also learn to expect that unless a person is willing to change on their own, and unless they have the drive to do so, that they are not going to change. Remember that in life somebody has to want to change them selves to be completely able to change.
