Some of us take on too much or attempt to tackle our objectives too fast. I think part of the problem stems from our setting outrageous, unattainable goals, thus setting ourselves up for failure, which can leave us feeling more defeated than we were beforehand. That's why I become so irritated when I hear of individuals who are taken advantage of by some of these late-night infomercial saviors of the universe.
