Yes..change is the most constant thing in life..
no way to change this change..:P
and as it is you can't go on eating the same dish daily you want variety..
so same goes with life as well!
Yes we need some change in order to better ourselves. The earth revolves around the sun we need to become interested in others.Not staying in one place.
