What a complex early teenage's life. I personally think, you and her are too young to be in relationship. I would say it not good to date someone who have manic depression disorder. First: You are still very young and better for you to find other girls. Second: Don't complicated your life with something you cannot deal with. Third: You already tried and the relationship keep on and off, that indicate it is not really healthy relationship.
