Of course, expectation will never cease because it is human's nature. Always want something better and never get satisfied. To stop expecting : 1. You need to poison your mind with the reality, for example, keep telling yourself your expectation is baseless and won't be fulfilled. But it have a negative effect, sometimes it even eliminate The Hope. Or 2. DO YOUR BEST and don't expect anything.

Yes it comes naturally in any relationship whatsoever if we care for someone then we expect them to care for us. Frankly speaking I can suggest you many ways to not expecting but the truth is you can't stop yourself from expecting in any relationship. What you can do is to keep your emotions and attachment in limit.

Expectations do come naturally in any relationship. And one can not stop expecting unless he/she accepts of the current terms upon which they treat each other. bottom line is,acceptance is the only key to lessen your expectations.

Its not expectation we look for..its reciprocation we crave for..saying dat u wont xpect from d one u love is completely impractical.but even for a while if u stop expectng or try to being some ideal person thinking of some ideal love which literally practically dont exist, still U will want reciprocation..u will alwz need to feel special in exactly same way u made ur partner feel it..U cant b neutral..its almost impossible..there is a time wen it will let u do it..and its d most natural thng
