Eve gave Adam, her husband a piece of fruit from a tree that they both were forbidden to partake of; it was not sex as most people believe and the fruit that Eve gave Adam was not an apple. As a matter of fact the Bible doesn't mention the word "apple" in connection with mankind's fall into sin and imperfection. Also, the fruit could not have been sex because God performed the first marriage in history by marrying Adam and Eve, and giving them His blessing. (Genesis 1:28; Genesis 2:15-17).
