It happen a lot cause other people also post quote for every minutes that why if your quotes good enough and people see it when it updates in latest quotes in SQ homepage, you will get a lot of like. To make sure you get a lot feedback, you need to subsribe other members and make good quotes.
Its just you are new here n the quotes which are approved by the admin go live on entire site n those quotes get likes n comments. Otherwise your other quotes are just seen by the your subscribers if any.
