Honestly I've been faced the same problem a few times. If you're too shy to tell them in person try giving them hints that you have feelings for them. For example look at them and when they notice you just keep looking and smile :) Try to make daily conversations with them either in person or chatting :p Try to give them compliments about what they're wearing and get to know them better for example what they like to do in their free time/Hobbies ect. Eventually they will start having a feeling that you have a crush on them :)
