Your right. its not anyone's business but yours. However we all need a way to clear our mind and hearts form negative emotions. Imagine if you didn't dispose of your weekly garbage, your house would be full of rubbish just like your heart. Whatever works for you' do it, but keep your mind and heart free to love!!!
