I am in a similar situation myself, unfortunately. And the sad reality is that sooner or later, someone is bound to slip up and make a mistake. As much as you care about the person and believe that they would never do anything to hurt you, you are not there to make sure they do not cheat on you, and that is something you have to deal with. Some people may not see casual sex while in a relationship as much of a big deal, but I certainly do. Don't put up with more than you can take.
