When you feel like you want to smoke. Say it loud in your mind, NO I DON'T NEED IT. Do it for 2 weeks That will bring confidence in you. And I bet you, from the 3rd week smoking thought will not come.

It hard to break smoking habit especially you already addicted. You can ask professional help or join therapy

Smoking can cause a lot of things, but if you just take your mind off of it, then that should help. Buy mints and gum so you're doing something with your mouth too.

You can avoid that thing by your self my dear friend everything is not permanent if you want to stay longer in this world you should start to think to change, smoking is not good anymore in your health specially you are woman. believe me that is not a good habit being addictions is you can control that really but take it as step by step
