You must be honest with them. honesty is always the best way to go. yeah you might hurt the person in the end, but it is better to be honest then to have the person be even more hurt when they find out later. to over come the fear you must think of the other person and how they will feel if you did not tell them. put your shoes in his shoes, hope this helped :)
