I always say to people, dancing is one way to do cardio and all kind of cool things so you know, if you're trying to work on like dropping a little bit of weight, you probably can just keep on trying it and then, it'll be like fun. You know, it's like dancing to me is something that's really cool. When you try to work out and you're trying to get together like for me, it works out really cool for me so I think the people will enjoy it.
