Leadership requires a certain level of toughness and hardness. Being tough and loving at the same time isnt always easy to do. Be harder on yourself than you are others, don't let others harden your full blown positive attitude. When you have to be tough, stick to the principles of why you have to and dont forget when its time to lighten up. People will respect you more when youre loving, genuine, just and fair. Remember, nobody likes a grouchy head honcho!~
