When you reach your goal, move onto the next one without pausing and reflecting on what youve accomplished. After all achieving a goal is a major accomplishment. Its a big deal. Allow yourself the time and space to acknowledge the feeling. Celebrate and then get ready for your next challenge. On the days we are blessed and have positive things happen, no matter how small and insignificant they may seem, allow yourself the time to enjoy them and then be filled back up by them.
