Judaism is the religion, philosophy and way of life of the Jewish people. Judaism is said to have a historical continuity of 3000 years. Jews are an ethno religious groups and includes those are born Jews as well as converts to Judaism. In 2010, according to a world consensus, the Jewish population around the world was 13.4 million nearly .2 % of the world population.
The hub of the Jewish fraternity is Israel where majority of the Jewish reside. The rest of them reside in USA and Canada and the leftover population is mainly confided to Europe. In the words of Barbara Walters, “First of all, the Jewish religion has a great deal in common with the Christian religion because, as Rabbi Gillman points out in the show, Christianity is based on Judaism. Christ was Jewish.”
