Those who are angry and remain angry do nothing but diminish their lives with every piece of bitterness that they hold on to. This is because the angry bitterness that they are holding on to overtime starts to poison their bodies, from their mental body to their physical body.

Life is very difficult at times as we all know, and we are all going to go through things that will anger us. It is from this initial anger that we feel, we must be willing to analyze the situation and figure out how to get rid of these angry feelings, and also figure out how not to put ourselves in the same situation only to be angered again.

It is with forgiveness and with looking forward that a person is able to grow and reach new heights, while it is with an angry resentful heart that a person ends up slowly dying and withering away.
