Weather is basically the state of the atmosphere as to how cold, warm, dry or stormy the atmosphere is. Weather phenomena basically occur in the troposphere and the stratosphere. There is a striking difference between the terms weather and climate of any place. Weather denotes the day-to-day temperature or the precipitation in nay region while climate is the average of atmospheric conditions in a region, recorded over longer periods of time. Regions which are close to the sea have normal weather throughout the year since they have a Mediterranean type of climate. Regions which are centrally located and away from the sea have extreme temperatures and harsh weather both in summers and winters. In the words of Joe Henderson, “A course never quite looks the same way twice. The combinations of weather, season, light, feelings and thoughts that you find there are ever-changing.”
