Human are very cautious when it comes to death and failure we all afraid both the term. Actually we forget are real strength when we need it mostly and feel like helpless, hopeless praying to God for saving us
I think some people don't have enough self reliance or frightening from some thing happened in past for someone else similarly.
when they get in trouble first thing they think about is giving up.
