Awww that's so sweet... Maybe u should talk to him about it.. But what he feels for u sounds very special so don't kill the love by saying something stupid... So talk to him about it but be careful what you say:)
He might be but it's killing I walk with him all the time and when I don't talk to him he's concerned about me I can tell he cares but he seemed more care for me than wanting me
Well maybe.. Ur in-between going out and being friends, maybe you two should call it "seeing each other"... But they just don't know how to describe it all.. So they say they are just your best friend... Does that make any sense???
Maybe thats what he wants so its left up to you to take control and find out do you feel for him answer unanswered questions look at the possible outcome and hope for the best :)
