Usually the manager will ask your passion toward the work, how long will you stay in this company, how much your experience in this field, your strengths and weaknesses, and some question about the field in this job
I have interviewed thousands. Dress well. Bring a pen, a pad of paper or folio. Always make eye contact. Ask questions. Show interest. Act like you'd be doing them a favor by accepting the job, not them doing you one by giving it to you. Applies to all interviews. Good Luck. Knock em Dead.
