And plus, this may sound weird, but music feels, knows, releases, etc. the stress and anger within me. So I just sing along with it or just listen while doing something else so I'm not just sitting in a pool of it all.
Hahaha yes I am sure. I am not one of violence or harsh words/actions. The worst thing I ever have or will do as far as being angry goes would be cut myself. But that is very rare. I just give myself time to cool off and think of things that would cheer me up while listening to music and drawing or something. Maybe play a game online. Maybe go outside and listen to the wind's whispers. It all depends.
I usually listen to my music and just do something that'll brush it off. If I have access to them, I will come and talk to a couple people on this site..
