I think he just wants you not to be a vegetarian and you should eat meat. I think you should do you, and let him do him. But if you ask him the reason why he don't like you being a vegetarian and he dont say anything then you should just give him time to accept the fact that you dont eat meat. And I wouldnt worry about it because he just wants you to meat because he eats meat, and he thinks a vegetarian is not good or anything like that. I hope he accepts that you are a vegetarian.
