Learn from prevailing circumstances & move forward with determination not to put oneself again in demanding situation. Keep expectation alive, expectation rediscovers hope. Keep yourself busy to do away with despair moment. Inactivity is genesis of all short of mischief thoughts & making one dull & lazy. Life is worth enjoying. Worry does not take off trouble of tomorrow but it takes away strength of today.
