Whenever you feel bad about one of your weaknesses, comfort yourself by thinking about all of the positive qualities about yourself. You'll see that they outweigh the things you are insecure about. Whatever is making you feel unworthy, ashamed, or inferior, identify it, & start feeling positive on those points. It's meant to make you aware of the problems you're dealing with, and will put you on the path to solving them.
