Worship is not all about the frenzy eyes closed,crying, deep concentration and all those stuffs we do while reading our bibles,singing or praying.
Anything you do that brings pleasure to God is also an act of worship.
Being the reason for someone's smile is an act of worship.
Talking to someone about Christ,being a listening ear,forgiving easily,loving and caring for others and every good thing you do is an act of worship.
