Kinda, cause it like cheating your partner via feeling. But as long as you don't give in to that feeling, I think it okay.

I have someone right now, I appreciate him so much that even how I love my ex, he did help me to forget him, its just cannot be avoided that sometimes the people that we once have will be back in our mind, so if you feel like you miss your unworthy ex, spend that time with your man and forget what you are thinking.

Yes. It means you didn't moved . N you didn't forget the past. N this is like cheating your partner. You'll never able to love him really as long as you don't forget the past.

Not necessarily. I guess it depends on how you feel. If you miss your ex as in you want to get back with them, then yes, it is bad. But if you just miss them as in you miss the way they made you smile, then no, it is not bad.
