This is a tough question. Family are the people who will be there for you when the world lets you down, but its also important that you become self sufficient. Perhaps suggesting that by getting your degree you will be able to help out as your siblings get theirs would be a good compromise. There are many things that this world can take from you, but a good education is priceless. Perhaps you could point out that successful men like smart women.
