Though we have probably all heard that we should "be ourselves" at some point in our lives, and though it may seem like a good thing to do, figuring out how to be yourself is often a taxing process.

To do this we have to be willing to take off all of the masks we have put on in our lives in order to fit in. We have to make an effort to find out the things that we are truly passionate about, and then let our lives become a reflection of these things.

Take control of your life if you haven't been living in a manner that is true to yourself. Gather your thoughts, and be sure to detach away from thoughts that bring you down, or away from that person who is truly finding his/her place in this world.

Don't continue to go against who you really are, live your life!
