If your a blunt person, just tell them. But if your not, than try to find out if they like you before you tell them you like them. Or just tell them, live in the moment and if they say that they dont like you back, say, "Okay thats fine. I'll talk to you later. Okay?" It doesnt always work, but it worked for me.
