Economics is a pretty practical branch, which is based on study of facts and figures that you need to be updated with, on a regular basis. Economics must be taken up as a subject by a student if he or she has interest in the subject. In the words of Nikita Khrushchev, “Economics is a subject that does not greatly respect one’s wishes.”
Economists are people who specialise in economy and have full knowledge regarding a country’s current state of economy. Economy should be strong since it is the backbone of a country’s infrastructure. In the words of Charles Edison, “Economics, politics and personalities are often inseparable.” Economics is a valued branch of study and its study must be emphasized, especially in a country which lacks experienced economists.
