Iv been depressed for bout a month now and i dont know what to do and i feel like if i go get help like professinal it will make me go even more crazy i need he...

At least you know professional aid wouldn't help much. Well the best is to adopt interesting hobbies. Focus to your food and drinks you take. Sometimes coffee helps. Get rid of the original cuase of depressiong, if something bugging your or bothering you. Make sure your room is comfortable as per your liking. Join some social or outdoor activities and avoid any situation that would depress you. And lastly your life is more important so take good care of urself :)

Thats a very good question ive tried the pills the therepy and I'm that sunk into my depreesion that I could eat it, it really suck but my therepist reckons ill grow out of it over time I so hope so

Is there someone you trust whom you can talk to? It need not be a professional, but must be someone who cares and who will listen. You can 'talk' here if you feel able to. I think there are kind people here who will help. Every response shows that someone has seen your comment, and is concerned for you. Be kind to yourself. Ive had depression ever since my unlces and grandpa passed away even now that I have my son its worse, I think the best way to cope with it is to talk to someone about it, I did that right after I lost my uncles and grandpa all in the same year

Try not to think about it just free yourself from all the worries and think about other things like shopping travelling or hang out with your friends and dont think much about that thing watever is depressing....... P.S:hope its not that bad but it always works for me I hope it does for. You too ......

The very first thing u need to do is...have a clear idea of what is making yo feel like that...make it very clear. and decide firmly to maintain a distance from that stuff. try to focus on your hobbies. continuously be engaged in some or the other activities which you like. try to do those things which you have aspired to do once and could accomplish.
