Make yourself used to that condition, being alone. If alone in your house just make sure not to turn the light off and listen music until you fall in sleep

Im afraid of being alone too and I'm alone mostly the whole day cause I'm homeschooled but I really dont know how to answer your question but u know what helps me? to stay in your room or in a small space cause when I'm in my living room it feels like I'm reeally alone cause of the big space stupid but yeah lol and what I usually do is get on here or listen to music it helps me

Im afraid of being alone too. I always have to have someone by me. The last time I was alone, someone raped me. He came to my house and raped me when he knew I was home alone. What I do is put the tv on loud, so I feel like I have other people in the room. I turn on every light in my house. I cant stand it. I am terrified of not having a bf or gf. I need someone to count on. If I dont have someone I try to find the right person.
