Polyamory (from Greek πολύ poly, "many, several", and Latin amor, "love") is the practice, desire, or acceptance of having more than one intimate relationship at a time with the knowledge and consent of everyone involved. It is distinct from swinging (which emphasizes sex with others as merely recreational) and may or may not include polysexuality (attraction towards multiple genders and/or sexes)

Your best friend case is the example. "Falling in love" actually it is not really love but Crush. I think she need to shake off that feeling by going away from the other guy. If she keep communicating or meeting him, soon or later it will end divorce. I always tell people, don't play with fire (heart) because it will burn down your house (marriage). If you already in marriage, make sure to not get close with opposite gender at any cost. If you want that mean you already play with fire.

I don't think so that's love. It may be a temporary attraction, or physical lust nothing more. So its better for her to control herself before crossing limits n cheating his husband.
