Have faith! There are still real men out here who do treat women with respect and do the things women like. However, it's getting tougher because many women have never really dealt with a real gentleman, and when they do, they're suspicious of his intentions. I've had females ask, "Why are you so nice?", "I don't know how to deal with a guy like you", etc., etc...The "bad boys" and "thugs" have made many women cynical of a real man's intentions.
