It doesn't relieve stress, and I quoted a while back (you should probably go through my quotes) bullies and haters are nothing to fear for a lot of reasons. First, because they're so depressed they think that by seeing other people's self-esteem get hurt or get annoyed it'll make them happy. When all they're doing is making more enemies, so that possibility is mute. Or they're so bored they got to make fun of people or make people mad, which makes them happy which makes them stupid and petty.
