One more thing you have asked that how one can survive with the use of heart in today's world its true but you can't move further by only using your head sometimes only heart knows what's right so we need to have balance between both.

If you will care about what people think of you then you'll never gonna be happy in life do whatever you like or want its your life you decide what you want to do. Some people around you cannot stand you doing everything good coz they can't do anything good in their life. So ignore such people don't give them a bit of importance.
