Self forgiveness makes to lead an ethical life as free from hypocrisy as is humanly possible. Self forgiveness is attending the most energy efficient and most productive way to live. Self-forgiveness is essentially inseparable from self-respect and self-responsibility. With self forgiveness we will naturally live according to a positive value system that includes respect for and a desire for the well being of self & of others.
