You are on thin ice and you know it. You see the cracks and know more are forming everyday, but you don't change. Just to keep up a show, you tap dance on that ice, do back flips on that ice, and encourage others to follow you on that ice, all the while the cracks are becoming deeper and growing wider. It's never too late to make a change, but we are given foresight for a reason, you don't use it and you may find yourself swimming underwater.
